Reupholstery, and furniture built from scratch.

Furniture only, worked in-house. Bring in the piece that's worn through, or a sketch of the one you want made.

A well-built frame outlives its fabric two or three times over. We rebuild what you already own instead of sending you to a showroom.

We match what you can't replace
Original microfiber, a discontinued weave, the exact color — we track down the closest furniture-grade match, often for a fraction of what other shops quote for fabric.

You get a written estimate up front. Nothing gets ordered or cut until you've said yes to the number.
Made and finished in-house
Springs, foam, sewing, and tufting all happen at the Saunders Ln shop. Nothing is farmed out, so the quality is ours to stand behind.
